Citlali Is A Support For Teams With Hydro Or Pyro Damage Dealers

Citlali has the ability to shred the Hydro and Pyro RES of enemies when teammates trigger Frozen or Melt reactions. She can also hold Cinder City set and use it to buff her teammates' Elemental damage. This makes Citlali an excellent support for such teams.
She is mainly an offensive support but also provides defensive options with her shields.

Hydro and Cryo resonance can benefit HP-scaling DPS characters like Neuvillette and Furina. Citlali's passive can decrease the Hydro RES of enemies and with Cinder City, she can also buff Cryo and Hydro damage. Charlotte's Burst will be essential for maintaining the team's HP level above 50% so that Furina's summons can deal better damage.
