The Anemo DMG Bonus from the two-piece set is great for most Anemo Characters whether as main DPS or sub-DPS. Though note that this only applies to their attacks that deal Anemo DMG.
4-Piece Set Only Works For Swirl-Focused Anemo Builds
The 4-Piece set bonus is very strong for a Swirl-Focused Anemo Build. The increase in Spread DMG and the Elemental Reduction to the enemy will just shred through the enemy.
