Good For Electro Characters Focused On Pure Electro Damage
With the increase in damage against enemies affected by Electro, this is a very good Artifact for characters that focus solely on pure Electro DMG. This does not affect Electro reaction damage.
2-Piece Set Is Not Versatile
The Electro RES is only beneficial when fighting against Electro enemies. It's not at all beneficial against other enemies you may encounter, especially in Spiral Abyss wherein their are multiple types of enemies.
