4-Piece Set Increase Damage Against High Health Enemies
The four-piece set bonus will increase the damage done to enemies that are above 50% health. The 30% damage increase becomes null after the enemy goes below 50% health.

Good For DPS Characters At Early Game
Both the 2-Piece Set and 4-Piece Set are good for most DPS Characters. The ATK% and increase DMG to high HP enemies will highly benefit them.
Not Recommended Beyond Early Game
Although the Set Bonuses for this Artifact Set are good, the fact that it's only a 4-Star Artifact Set limits its potential. At higher ARs, it's better to use 5-Star Characters.

Unlike main stats, Sub-stats will only be randomly applied & enhanced every 4 levels of artifact upgrades. This means that getting a perfect stats for the artifact may require some grinding.

Some stats increase has 2 types of buffs:A Fixed Value or Percentage Increase (Such as DEF + 10 vs DEF +10%). A rule of thumb is that a percentage increase will be more beneficial in the later stages of the game due to stat increase from leveling up.
