| 4-Piece Set | After a Normal Attack, Charged Attack, Elemental Skill or Elemental Burst hits an opponent, gain the Blessing of Pastoral Winds effect for 6s: ATK is increased by 25%. If the equipping character has completed Witch's Homework, Blessing of Pastoral Winds will be upgraded to Resolve of Pastoral Winds, which also increases the CRIT Rate of the equipping character by an additional 20%. This effect can be triggered even when the character is off-field. |
2-Piece Set Increases Attack
The 2-Piece Set will increase the equipping character's ATK by 18%.
4-Piece Set Increases ATK & Possibly CRIT Rate
The 4-Piece Set increases the ATK of the equipping character by another 25% whenever their Normal Attack, Charged Attack, Elemental Skill, or Elemental Burst hits an opponent. This triggers even when the equipping character is off the field.
Additionally, if the character using this artifact set is a Hexenzirkel character and has completed their Witch's homework, they also gain an additional CRIT Rate of 20% on top of the ATK buff.

This set was made for Hexenzirkel Characters that are either DPS or Sub-DPS. Besides the ATK% increase, they will also get additional CRIT Rate when any of their attacks hit the enemy. It works with Sub-DPS as well since this triggers even the the character is off field.
