The 2-piece set increases the Hydro DMG of the character. 2 piece is a good set for any Hydro DPS or Sub-DPS characters.
4-Piece Set Is Great For ATK Scaling Hydro Characters
The 4 Piece set increases ATK upon doing damage using Elemental Burst, Skill, Normal and Charged Attack similar to the Polar Star. This is especially good for Childe.
