Manekin skins differ depending on the chosen Gender. Female outfits are exclusive to the female Manekin, and the same applies to that of the Male Manekin.
Some Skins Have Unique Effects
Higher rarity skins can change the effect of the Manekin's Skill and Burst! However, note that their Element will match that of the Traveler.
How To Get Miliastra Wonderland Skins
Get From Gacha Skin Banners
Currently, the only way to get 5 Star Miliastra Wonderland skins is through the premium Ode gacha banner. This will require real-life money to pull from since Arcane Keystone cannot be earned in-game.
Miliastra Wonderland Gacha CurrencyCraft Upon Getting Their Blueprint
A more F2P friendly way to get skins is by getting clothes blueprint in the Encounter Echoes Ode and crafting them. To pull on this banner, you will need Geode of Replication which you earn by simply playing through the game mode.
