Pantalone is one of the Fatui Harbingers and has made his official in-game appearance starting from Song of the Welkin Moon Act 10: Truth Amongst the Pages of Purana.
Will Pantalone Be Playable?
Pantalone's playability and release date are still unknown. But receiving an official introduction alongside other upcoming Snezhnaya characters had slightly increased the chances of him becoming playable.

In various character voicelines, Pantalone is mentioned to be the banker of the Fatui. He is the wealthiest among all of the Harbingers.

Pantalone's obsession with Mora stems from his past poverty. Being Visionless is also one of the reasons he seeks revenge against the Archons, particularly targeting Rex Lapis.
One of the Directors of Project Stuzha
Pantalone is mentioned to be directly leading the secretive Project Stuzha, which has involved many Fatui Harbingers. The purpose of this project is unknown, and the only other known director is Pulcinella.
