Upon traveling around Easybreeze Summer Resort in Natlan and progressing through the quest, you will encounter Chasca mentioning that Ifa and Ororon is somewhere in the area. This will unlock the Encounters Always Happen on A Holiday Quest. If you cannot find Ororon and Ifa in the stated area, progress in the Sunsray Summer Resort Quest first.
