Surtalogi was named by Dainsleif as one of the Five Sinners of Khaenri'ah. He was once considered an outstanding person, but when the Vinster King pushed forward with his plans, Surtalogi and the rest of the Sinners did not do anything to protect Khaenri'ah.

According to Dainsleif, Surtalogi and the rest of the Sinners could not resist the call of the Abyss and shared the power among each other. But even with such power, they did nothing when the Cataclysm happened, leaving their people to their sad fate.

Has the Power to Tear Through Borders of Worlds

In Skirk's Story Quest and trailer, it's been confirmed that Surtalogi accidentally found Skirk while breaking open borders of worlds. Vedrfolnir once told him he would have a student so Surtalogi didn't doubt it and took Skirk in as his student.

Can Freely Change his Physical Form

It has been revealed during Skirk's Story Quest that the humanoid form the All-Devouring Narwhal emulates is one of Surtalogi's known forms. After obtaining immense power, Surtalogi can freely change his form. The appearance of Abyssal armor is his preferred form.

Master Of Skirk & Owner Of All-Devouring Narwhal

Surtalogi is the person that saved Skirk and taught her how to fight. He is also the owner of the All-Devouring Narwhal. Before leaving Teyvat, he once beat up the Narwhal and left at the Primordial Sea for Skofnungr to see.

Surtalogi was first introduced by Skirk during the Masquerade of Guilty. Surtalogi was described as a person who is aiming for a certain kind of perfection. In Skirk's Story Quest, Surtalogi was finding for a battle in which he can unleash his full power and possibly lose without any regrets.

According to Skofnungr, Surtalogi claimed there's nothing worth fighting in Teyvat then left the planet. Skirk added that it has been hundreds of years since Surtalogi left her in Teyvat.
