Am I wasting time trying to farm this at AR31? I’ve gone through the dungeon maybe 3 dozen times and have only gotten the 4 star hat. Do you have to be a certain AR to get the others that are 5 star?

i don't understand why diluc, keqing, and razor is a recommended character even tho this artifact is mainly for anemo characters so yea..
