Heizou is a melee Anemo DPS that can easily trigger Swirl reactions with his rapid Normal Attacks that is always infused with Anemo, given his status as a Catalyst user. He is best used for being a reaction driver or to increase the damage of the off-field DPS with Viridescent Venerer. He can also contribute some damage with his Burst's multiplier.

Heizou will be the on-field driver for Electro-Charged. With Furina's DMG buff, the damage dealt will be increased. Ororon can help in giving energy to Heizou so he can use his Burst more, dealing more damage overall.

Since Electro-Charged can be triggered no matter whether Hydro or Electro is applied first, you don't need to follow the rotations for Furina and Shinobu strictly. Ororon must go before Heizou for him to be able to give energy to Heizou and Heizou must always be the last to go in field after all buffs and off-field damage sources are cast.

A general rule of thumb in team compositions is at least two (2) characters for buffing the DPS and having one sustain support. As such, Hypercarry team for Heizou can be easy to substitute characters with. Make sure to have characters with off-field damage that he can Swirl so he can get use his Skill more in each rotation.
