Engulfing Lightning increases the Energy Recharge of the user; the percentage of Energy Recharge that exceeds 100% is converted to ATK up to 80%. In addition, gain additional Energy Recharge after using Burst. It is ideal for Burst uptime of characters such as Raiden Shogun & Xiangling.
