Polearm For Physical DPS
Dragonspine Spear has a Physical DMG bonus sub-stat that is great for Physical DPS polearm users. In addition, the passive can summon an icicle that deals additional AoE damage in a small area around the target.
Notable Physical DMG Bonus Multiplier
When Dragonspine Spear is paired with Bloodstained Chivalry & Pale Flame, the increase in Physical DMG is significant.
Icicle That Deals AOE DMG
When hitting with Normal & Charged Attacks, Dragonspine Spear has a chance to summon an icicle above the enemy that deals extra damage in a small AoE for every 10 seconds; the Aoe DMG scales with the user's ATK. In addition, the damage is increased if the target has a Cryo status.
Does Not Apply Cryo Or Trigger Cryo-Related Reactions
When the icicle hits the enemy, the damage done by the icicle is Physical. This means that the icicle itself cannot apply Cryo to the enemy or trigger melt.
