Tamayuratei No Ohanashi has a great passive for increasing the ATK of the wielder by 20% (R1) after using they use their Elemental Skill. This buff lasts for 10s. A few notable characters that can benefit greatly from this weapon are Emilie and Shenhe.
Especially Good For Snapshot Abilities
