Vortex Vanquisher Effect / Skill
Weapon Skill: Golden Majesty
Increases Shield Strength by 20%. Scoring hits on opponents increases ATK by 4% for 8s. Max 5 stacks. Can only occur once every 0.3s. While protected by a shield, this ATK increase effect is increased by 100%.

Significantly Increases Attack
Vortex Vanquisher has an ATK sub-stat & passive stacks that gives more ATK. On top of the mentioned ATK stats, the ATK gained from passive stacks can be increased by sustaining the presence of a shield on the user.
Golden Majesty Stacks
When the user scores a hit to an enemy, a stack is gained up to 5 stacks. The stacks can be seen rotating around the character. Each stack increases ATK and lasts for 8 seconds.
Boosted Stacks While Shielded
The ATK multiplier from all existing stacks are increased by 100% when the user is shielded by a talent of another character such as Zhongli & Layla or by a shield shard from Crystallize reactions.
Also Works As A Stat Stick
Vortex Vanquisher has a high Base ATK and many ATK multipliers which can potentially increase the damage output of the user. Good CRIT stat ratio could be difficult to achieve and the ATK multiplier from being shielded could be situational but it is still a great polearm nonetheless.
