Following Genshin Impact's usual patch cycle, the livestream is expected to be on February 13, 2026, which is 10 days after Zibai's banner release. See the table below for the possible livestream times in different timezones.

Upcoming Characters for 6.4
Varka
Varka has been teased as an upcoming playable character for Version 6.4. He is the Grandmaster of the Knights of Favonius and was in Nod-Krai for the Abyssal disaster. With the disaster calming down, it's likely that Varka's plan to head back to Mondstadt will be finalized.

Since much older characters are more likely to appear in a region-specific Chronicled Wish banner, it's possible that the standard reruns will feature more recently released characters. For example, during the Natlan (5.X) patches, new characters from that region had faster reruns; Citlali reran only 4 versions after her release, while Mualani took 7 versions.

6.4 is likely to still be a Song of the Welkin Moon (Luna) patch, the Nod-Krai characters that could rerun are the earliest 6.0 releases because Ineffa reran in Version 6.3. But since it's Ineffa who reran first, it's possible that Flins will rerun first as well instead of Lauma since he is the premium Lunar-Charged DPS that Ineffa can pair with for a Lunar-Charged team.
Later 5.X Patch Characters Rerun
Based on previous banner history, only Escoffier and Skirk have not had a rerun among all 5.X characters. While some 5.X characters are still waiting for a rerun, others (such as Varesa and Xilonen) have already appeared again in later 5.X or previous 6.X banners.
Chronicled Wish Banner?
It's unlikely that a Chronicled Wish banner would happen on this patch. Additionally, the next Chronicled Wish banner would be Fontaine-themed and since Furina reran in 6.1, it's more likely for the Fontaine Chronicled Wish banner to happen in later 6.X patches just like Raiden's 2nd 5.X rerun with the Inazuma Chronicled Wish.
Potential Events for 6.4
Mondstadt Themed Event?
With the only new announced character being from Mondstadt, the main event will likely be Mondstadt-themed. However, since there were recent Mondstadt events focusing on buffs and the Hexenzirkel, it's likely this event will be faction-based, focusing on the Knights of Favonius in Nod-Krai, especially since Varka is still there and only planning his return.
