Periodic Shockwave That Deals Physical DPS
Skyward Harp can periodically deal Physical DMG in a small AoE that scales with the user's ATK. It is great for DPS characters such as Fischl & Yoimiya.
Also Works As A Stat Stick
Skyward Harp has a very high Base Attack and a useful CRIT Rate sub-stat making it a fantastic stat-stick weapon for various bow characters.
