ATK Sub-Stat With Normal ATK DMG Bonus
Since ATK is universal for DPS, Rust's sub-stat can increase the damage output of the user. While it could be difficult to reach a good CRIT stat ratio, this bow is still incredible.
Passive Effect
Rust's passive can further improve the damage output of the user's Normal ATK DMG but reduces Charged ATK DMG in return. This bow is useful especially for characters that utilizes Normal ATK such as Yoimiya & Childe.

Rust is the 4-star BiS weapon for Childe and Yoimiya. It can boost both ATK and Normal Attack DMG making it decent for Normal Attack DPS even as a 4-star weapon without CRIT stats.
