B Tier- Weak weapon but can work on characters with specific build as a Stat Stick.
C Tier- Does not work with many characters and does not provide benefits.

Serpent Spine Effect / Skill

Weapon Skill: Wavesplitter

Every 4s a character is on the field, they will deal 6% more DMG and take 3% more DMG. This effect has a maximum of 5 stacks and will not be reset if the character leaves the field, but will be reduced by 1 stack when the character takes DMG.

BP Claymore With CRIT Rate

Serpent Spine has a CRIT Rate sub-stat which is great for achieving good CRIT stat ratio. It also has useful passive stacks that lets the user deal more DMG but also increases the DMG received from the enemy.

The user gains a passive stack every 4 seconds up to 5 stacks at max and when the user gets hit by the enemy, 1 stack is reduced. The passive stacks can be seen rotating around the character.

- Passive stacks might be in conflict with Diluc's C2 but Serpent Spine is still great for him nevertheless
RazorRazor- Recommended for raising Razor's damage output
- Great to pair with shielder like Layla & Zhongli to preserve stacks
ChongyunChongyun- Great for boosting Chongyun's damage output
- Recommended for main DPS build
- Recommended to pair with shielder like Layla & Zhongli to preserve stacks
XinyanXinyan- Useful for improving Xinyan's overall damage
- Recommended for Physical build
- Can produce shield from Skill & Burst at C2 which can protect Xinyan from taking damage and stack reduction
NoelleNoelle- Useful for improving Noelle's overall damage
- Recommended for main DPS build
- Can produce shield from Skill & shield shards from crystallize reaction which can protect Noelle from taking damage and stack reduction
BeidouBeidou- Useful for improving Beidou's overall damage
- Recommended for main DPS build
- Can produce shield from Burst at C1 & parry incoming attacks which can protect Beidou from taking damage and stack reduction
EulaEula- Recommended for raising Eula's damage output
- Great to pair with shielder like Layla & Zhongli to preserve stacks
