The Black Sword has a CRIT Rate sub-stat which is great for achieving good CRIT stat ratio. It also has a useful passive which increases Normal & Charged Attack DMG which is fit for any DPS that wields a sword.
Periodically Restore HP
In addition, the user can recover HP whenever a CRIT hit has been made. Recovered HP scales with the user's ATK which can occur once every 5 seconds.
