Primordial Jade Cutter is a highly flexible weapon that has a very high CRIT Rate Stat. It increases HP and further increase ATK based on HP making it a great weapon for most DPS characters.
Works Especially Great With Characters That Benefits From ATK and HP
With Primordial Jade Cutter, characters that uses both HP and ATK like Nilou and Ayato will have a significant damage boost. In Nilou's case, she can go full HP but still hit with enough DMG to be a main carry.
