The additional attack speed & movement speed, and Normal & Charge Attack provided by Skyward Blade can be triggered after using Burst. The buff has a duration of 12 seconds.
Flowing Light Aura
While the buff is active, there is a flowing light aura on the blade of the sword. Also, green upward arrows are visible around the character.
Flexible Weapon
Skyward Blade has a useful CRIT Rate passive & Energy Recharge sub-stat making it a good sword for various characters. The buff activation & duration could be situational but this sword is still great nonetheless.

Skyward Blade is an Energy Recharge stat stick that can be used by Normal Attack DPS to boost their attack speed and deal additional damage after using their Burst. For DPS, Ayato can use this weapon since his Burst is part of his rotation and the movement speed buff can allow him to deal more hits.
