Weapon Skill: Rebellious Guardian
Taking DMG generates a shield which absorbs DMG up to 20% of Max HP. This shield lasts for 10s or until broken, and can only be triggered once every 45s. While protected by a shield, the character gains 12% increased DMG.

The Bell has a passive that is useful for offense & defense. The user gains a shield when taking a hit from the enemy which scales with max HP and increases DMG while protected. The shield only protects the user and cannot be transferred to other characters.
Can Be Optimized By Few
The Bell has an HP sub-stat and only Beidou & Dori has an ability that scales with HP currently so this claymore is unused by most players.

Best With HP-Scaling Claymore Characters
The Bell can be used by Dehya and Dori since they scale on HP. But their kits doesn't fully synergize with the weapon skill effects.
