The blacksmith in Nod-Krai can be found in Nasha Town, the first major area players go to upon arriving in Nod-Krai. Talk to Lyulka to open the shop and purchase the blueprints.

All Weapons Are Recommended To Be Crafted
Compared to the other regions' craftable weapons, Nod-Krai's craftable weapons are all very good since they fill in on the gap of missing weapon effects that are preferred for specific characters.

Serenity's Call for HP-Scaling Sword Characters
While Serenity's Call is an ER substat weapon, the Weapon Effect of boosting HP is really good and makes for a good F2P option. HP-scaling characters like Furina, Nilou, Dahlia and Layla can use this sword. The Dockhand's Assistant provides only 41.3% HP Buff while Serenity's Call can reach 64% HP Buff.
Master Key for EM-Scaling Claymore Characters
Master Key is a Claymore weapon for characters that use Elemental Mastery. Energy Recharge is a priority stat for both Aino and Sayu while it's not too important for Kaveh since he needs his Elemental Skill uptime more. Electro Claymore characters can use this weapon for a Hyperbloom build.

Prospector's Shovel is the best F2P weapon for Electro-Charged/Lunar-Charged characters. For Flins and Ineffa, this is their best F2P weapon while Cyno and Raiden Shogun can use it for a Taser team. Ineffa can be added to the team to activate Lunar-Charged for them.
Blackmarrow Lantern for Catalyst Bloom Drivers
Blackmarrow Lantern is a very good weapon for Catalyst Bloom Drivers. Since the Sub-Stat is EM, it can boost the Bloom damage while its effect can boost it massive as well. Since Lunar-Bloom is only Direct damage, this weapon is great even without a Nod-Krai character enabling Lunar-Bloom.
Snare Hook for EM-Scaling Bow DPS Characters
Snare Hook is a weapon for Bow characters that need Elemental Mastery. Sethos, Collei and Tighnari do great with both Energy Recharge and Elemental Mastery while for Ororon, this weapon is a great F2P weapon if using him for Lunar-Charged.
