Head to the location and defeat the treasure hoarders guarding the three trapped Seelies. Follow them and defeat any enemies along the way. You will get the Luxurious Chest when you lead them to their Seelie Courts.

Locate the Seelies around the area. There are three in total that you have to locate. You can find them in the ruins near the Precious Chest. Open it and you will then fly up since the Luxurious Chest will be in the sky.

Locate the 3 Hydro Pillars and activate them all when they're all next to the Precious Chest. Open the chest and this will transport you underwater.

Swim to the nearby hot location and find the Hydro particles and place them on the empty Hydro Pillars near the bonfires. This will flood the location. Teleport back to the starting location and you will find a Luxurious Chest in the previously boiling water.

Locate the three Seelies and bring them back to the Seelie Court. Activate the conch and it will show the Luxurious Chest in a school of fish.

Complete the time challenge "Activate All Resonance Points". Use the Hydro Ring to get to the next challenge "Destroy All the Pufferfruit" and complete it. Use the Hydro Ring again. Locate the hidden pillar and this will unlock the Chest.

Complete the puzzles around the Chest. It is recommended to have a bow user when getting this chest. Collect the Exquisite Chests from each puzzle. On the third one, you can gain access to the Luxurious Chest.

Ride The Aeromeka In This Location
Thie Aeromeka will automatically take you to the location of the Luxurious Chest. Ride it until the skies become cloudy and a water ring appears. Make use of it and it will take you to a staircase. At the top of it, Mr. Eliphas will spawn. Defeat it to get the Luxurious Chest!

Use the Hydro teleporters to navigate your way to the location of the Luxurious Chest. Make sure not to fall off since your landing spots are often at the tops of the spikes. You can find the Luxurious Chest in the sky.
