| 1 | Go to Angel's Share in Monstadt and talk to Charles about the recent rumors. |
| 2 | Go to the Plaza and talk to Margaret. |
| 3 | Go to the City Gates and talk to Lawrence. |
| 4 | Go to Floral Whisper (flower shop near the City Gates) and talk to Donna. |
| 5 |  Change the time to (18:00) - (06:00) then follow the marked location. This will start a Cutscene and Diluc will appear. |
| 6 | Talk to Diluc. |
| 7 | Defeat the incoming Hilichurls. |
| 8 | Talk to Huffman. |

| 10 | Return to the Knights of Favonius headquarters and talk to Huffman. |

| 9 | Go to Angel's Share and change the time to (19:00-6:00). |
| 10 | Pose as a customer and talk to Diluc and leave the tavern. |
| 11 | Go to the side gate and place the elemental bait. |
| 12 | Talk to Diluc. |
| 13 | Head to the city's front gate. This will start a Cutscene. |
| 14 | Defeat the Abyss Order attackers. |
| 15 | Talk to Diluc. |
| 12 | Return to the tavern before Huffman. |
How To Change The Time?

| 1 |  Select Paimon's Menu on the upper left. |
| 2 |  Select the clock icon on the left panel. |
| 3 |  Move the clock hour hand to change the time to your desired time. Adjustments must be greater than 30 minutes. |

Who is Diluc?

As the wealthiest gentleman in Mondstadt, the ever-dapper Diluc always presents himself as the epitome of perfection. But behind the courteous visage burns a zealous soul that has sworn to protect Mondstadt at all costs, allowing him to mercilessly vanquish all who threaten his city.

Diluc is a major character in the manga, which takes place shortly after his return to Mondstadt three years after his father's death. In his early days of being the Darknight Hero, he fought using throwing knives and the Delusion his father once owned. He also wore a bird mask and a black cloak to hide his identity. At the end of Chapter 16, he abandons the disguise and Delusion. Kaeya returns his Vision under the guise of gifting him a vase.
How To Get Diluc?
Diluc doesn't have his own character wish banner, however, you can still obtain Diluc through these permanent banners: Wanderlust Invocation! and Beginner's Wish.
