Go to the caged door and it will automatically be unlocked, then proceed inside
Proceed inside until you reach the mechanism's location
Read the book/passage on the right side room to activate the Carefree Simulacrum on each scrolls
Arrange the scrolls according to their color
┗ Use the Carefree Simulacrum to move/switch the scrolls positions
┗ Use the elemental sight to see their respective colors
Once the water is drained, go down in that area
Continue going down until you reach the underground area
