Talk to Earnshaw at the north area of Elynas.

Interact with Princess, but do not pass through the flowers or else you will start over again. Use an anemo character to activate a wind current and reach Princess without touching the flowers.

After fetching Princess, she will run to Prince. Go to their location

Go to Hero's location, just above Earnshaw's house and then collect eh Suspicious Fowls

Talk to Earnshaw at the north area of Elynas.
