Use Story Keys To Unlock
To unlock Yelan's Story Quest, you need to use story keys. You can obtain Story Keys by doing daily commissions and keep a maximum amount of 3 keys. You can unlock the story by heading to the Quest page of Menu.

There will be 4 fore orbs that can be found as you progress inside the domain. Collect these fire orbs in order to activate the mechanisms and to operate the puzzle on the ground.
