Collect the materials
└ (1) Tainted Hydro Phantasm Extract - Defeat the Hydro Phatnasm to obtain this.
└ (1) Concentrated Transoceanic Pearl- Defeat the Sternshield Crab to get the item.- Go to the Fortress Of Meropide
- Talk to SIgewinne
- Go to Wolsey and give the prepared ingredients
- Go to the observation ward
