There is an unnamed NPC in Mawtiyima Forest. Talk to him and he introduces himself as Khayyam. This is the start of Aranaga's Memory world quest.
Go To Mawtiyima Forest After Aranyaka World Quest Series
Since Aranaga can no longer remember who the Traveler is, it means that this world quest becomes available after completing the Aranyaka World Quest Series.
