This world quest unlocks by finding one of the 3 ancient investigation journal. Go back to the base camp and talk to Stevens to get their locations marked on your map.

How To Solve The Puzzle

In order to solve the puzzle, you'll have to activate 3 Seelie nearby the cellars. Then, defeat the Ruin Grader to find chests.
