What To Do If Raef Is Not There?

Raef can be seen from sunrise til sundown and disappears in the evening. Adjust the in-game time to make him appear.

1	Talk to Raef └ Can be seen in the morning til afternoon and disappears in the evening
2	Go and talk to Azalai
3	Deliver the package back to Raef
4	Descend to the lower ground and place the flower pot on the marked location
5	Return to Raef and talk to him to complete the quest
