Hiromi's Watch - How To Unlock & Location
Hiromi Found On Beach Near Inazuma City
To start the quest, head to the beach found under the cliff of Inazuma City. Hiromi can be found by himself on the shore.
Requires "Drifting Bottle" Item Found In Dragonspine
Tying together with Dragonspine, this quest will require the Drifting Bottle, an item that can be looted in Dragonspine. You can get it from the southmost point of the beach south of Starglow Cavern.

On the path towards Mt. Hulao, the winding road has a hole to the side of it. Drop them and you will find the amber where Yan Er is trapped.
