You will have to collect the Hydro Core to create a ring of Hydro around you. Next, move the two side pillars in order for them to stay in the middle. You can then light them all up.

Collect Hydro Particles to create a Hydro Core, then place it in the empty pillar. Next, collect another two Particles to create a Hydro ring which you can then use to light up the two nearby Hydro Pillars.

You will have to use Anemo for the Pinwheels. Each Pinwheel will reveal Hydro Particles. Collect them all!

You don't really have to fight the slimes around. Simply collect Hydro Particles, place a Hydro core in the empty pillar, then light up the rest of the Pillars to complete this.
