Use Story Keys to Unlock
To unlock Kaeya's Story Quest, you need to use story keys. You can obtain Story Keys by doing daily commissions and keep a maximum amount of 3 keys. You can unlock the story by heading to the Quest page of Menu.

| 2 | Meet him outside in front of the Fountain |
| 3 | Head to the Adventurer's Guild and listen to their report |

Use Bow To Attack Ruin Guard Weakpoint
Having a bow character will make it easier to take out the Ruin Guard. Use your aimed attack to hit the Ruin Guard's eye and render it immobile.
