| 1 | Head to the small island located to the East of Stormbearer Point. ▼Scroll down to learn how to get to the island |

| 2 | Once you get to the small island, interact with Ravaged Carving |
| 3 | Find a tent located on the East of the island. Break the rock pile near the tent to get Ragged Notebook ▼Scroll down for its location |
| 4 | Change the time to 2am~5am |
| 5 | Use Elemental Sight to spot 3 clusters of wind. Use Anemo attack to wind cluster to disperse them ▼Scroll down for their locations |
| 6 | Defeat the Eyes of the Storm |
| 7 | Use the wind current and pursue the Eye of the Storm |
| 8 | Change the time to 2am~5am again and use Anemo attack to wind clusters near the Ravaged Carving. Defeat slimes. |

How To Cross The Ocean & Get To The Island
Freeze Water With Kaeya's Skill
Kaeya ability can freeze the ocean and create a path to reach the island. Note that frozen path will disappear over time so repeatedly use his skill to prevent from drowning.
Use Amber Or Venti To Fly Over
If you have more than 200 stamina, you can climb to the top of the cliff and fly over to the island. Make sure you use Amber or Venti who can reduce the stamina consumption of gliding. Prepare food such as Barbatos Ratatouille to reduce the gliding stamina consumption as well.
Break The Rock Pile Nearby The Tent
Once the quest started, find a tent on the beach. There is a breakable rock pile nearby. Destroy it to get Ragged Notebook.
Locations Of The Cluster Of Wind
Change The Time To 2am - 5am
Change the in-game time in between 2am to 5am and use Elemental Sight to find flashing winds. These winds will guide you to the location of the clusters of wind.
