Use Story Keys To Unlock
To unlock Nahida's Story Quest, you need to use story keys. You can obtain Story Keys by doing daily commissions and keep a maximum amount of 3 keys. You can unlock the story by heading to the Quest page of Menu.

Tips Inside The Dream Domain
Interact With The Flower To Unseal Passage & Activate Bridges
Upon entering the dreamland, you will see a huge flower that can be activated to create bridges and passages in order for you to progress inside the dream domain.
Use The Flower Seed To Activate Passages & Bridges

Inside the dream domain, you will also be encountering a seed and a flower that are correlated with each other. Pick up the seeds and put them inside the flower to unlock passages and bridges as well.
Quickly Pick Up The Seed Below
The 2nd and last flower seed will be located under the huge flower platform. Quickly pick it up before the water completely fills up the area. These 2 seeds can be used to unlock the final area of the dream domain.
