Crab Is In The Water In Front Of Thunder Sakura
The Crab needed for this quest can be found in the water in front of the Thunder Sakura. It's in the water so it's hard to find its location initially.
The Crab Will Run Away Once Approached
The crab, similar to other crabs, will run away once approached so make sure to dash towards it and catch it. If you are not able to catch the crab, it will respawn again after a few minutes so walk around the area.
