Hereafter: Return to the Mountains is part of a quest chain wherein you help Wang Ping'An rebuild Pervases' temple. To start this whole quest line, you must first complete Hereafter: The Trail of Pervases then Hereafter: All is Well.
Hereafter: Return to the Mountains Will Unlock In Next Server Reset
The quest will unlock in the next server update after completing Hereafter: All Too Well. It will automatically appear in your quest tab.
