Fleeting Colors in Flight is the upcoming rerun of last year's Lantern Rite Festival event. This new event is part of the 2.4 Update and will start on January 25, 2021. It will feature new events, quests, and rewards!

Theme 1: Flameplume Sunflowers
Create fireworks to light up Liyue's skies in the Flameplume Sunflower event! Create different fireworks to obtain Talismans, Primogems, Hero's Wits, and Mystic Enhancement Ores.
Flameplume Starflower Guide & RewardsFeatures A New Gadget: Launch Tube
During the event, players will gain access to the Launch Tube which they can use to create different fireworks for the event. Note that once the event is done, the Launch Tube can still be used but with limited features.

Smelting will adjust the quality of your Fireworks! The better the quality, the better the rewards. Though there are several factors that will affect the quality so adjust them accordingly.

Receive Affluence Talismans
Get Affluence Talismans as reward for completing the Firework Production challenge. These talismans can be exchanged at the Event Shop: Afterglow Market Stage for a variety of different rewards.
Theme 2: The Great Gathering
The Great Gathering will have players scouring through the Guyun Stone Forest to collect materials from Ningguang's destroyed Jade Chamber. In the process, defeat Treasure Hoarders after them.

| 4 | Return To Safe Harbor - Defeat the treasure hoarders, recover the suppliers, and bring them to marked area |

For the event, players will unlock challenges that they will need to complete to progress through the event. Doing them will unlock more chances to gather materials.
Get Immaculate Talismans As Rewards
Completing the challenges and unlocking the materials will reward players with Immaculate Talismans. These can be exchanged at the Event Shop: Afterglow Market Stage 2.
Theme 3: Wondrous Shadows
A simple puzzle mini-game, the Wondrous Shadows will challenge players to uncover the hidden image and solve the latern riddle. Start the challenges at Liyue's Yuan Rong.

Completing the Lantern Riddles will reward players with Affluence Talismans. Exchange these for different rewards at the event shop.

The Conquest Talismans you receive from doing the event can be exchanged at the Afterglow Market Stage 3. Rewards include a Crown of Insight and Talent Level Up Materials.

Similar to the first Lantern Rite, you can invite any 4-star Liyue character of your choice after completing certain conditions in the event.
