The Entrance To Tokoyo is unlocked immediately after completing the Still Water's Flow world quest. It should unlock as soon as you approach the nearest waypoint from where you are initially teleported in Enkanomiya.

| 1 | Go deeper into the cave |
| 2 | Come close to the ruin gates |
| 3 | Activate the 5 sigils found near the ruin gates |
| 4 | Start the mechanism in front of the gates |
| 5 | Pass through the gate and head down the newly opened path |
| 6 | Continue forward until you get to the door |
| 7 | Activate the mechanism using the Moon-bathed Deep key |

Beware of Bathysmal Vishaps
Close to where you first land in Enkanomiya are a number of Bathysmal Vishaps roaming around. They pack a punch and if you're caught off guard, could really do damage to your team.
