The Still Water's Flow can only be accessed once players complete the Omnipresence Over Mortals Archon (Ch 2 Act 3) Archon quest and the The Moon-Bathed Deep world quest.

The Still Water's Flow World Quest was added as part of the 2.4 Update that was released on January 5, 2022. The quest will automatically be available if players meet its unlock requirements upon updating.

Talk To Tsuyuko In Watatsumi Island

Once available, you can start the quest by talking to Tsuyuko at the Watatsumi Island grand shrine. She's near the cliff overlooking the giant whirpool under the Shrine.

You can find the entrance to the second location near a waterfall. Fly near the cliffs and you will find the entrance easily.

Unlocks "N-Thousand Leagues Under The Sea" Achievement
Upon completing The Still Water's Flow quest, the N-Thousand Leagues Under The Sea achievement will also be unlocked. You can then collect the rewards from the achievement through the Achievement Tab in your menu.
