Best Teams for Mizuki
Mizuki Works Best as a Swirl On-Field Driver
| Rating | Team Description |
|---|---|
| Best | ▼ Lunar-Charged Team - Lunar-Charged is a variant of the Taser team using Ineffa and/or Columbina as the reaction enabler. - Mizuki acts as the on-field Viridescent Venerer holder to shred Hydro and Electro Resistances so that Lunar-Charged deals as much damage as possible. - A 2nd Electro or Hydro can be used for the 4th teammate slot. |
| 2nd | ▼ Vapemelt Team - With the release of Durin as a powerful Pyro Sub-DPS for Vaporize and Melt, he can be used with Mizuki as the on-fielder. - Furina can be used to buff Durin's damage and apply Hydro for Vaporize but a 2nd healer will be needed since Mizuki's healing is not enough. - Escoffier is the best healer to use but any healer can be used in this team. |
| 3rd | ▼ Rainbow Swirl Team - Mizuki can be used with 3 different Element characters as Sub-DPS to trigger Swirl and buff their damage. - Any Cryo, Hydro, Pyro or Electro Applier and/or Sub-DPS can be used in this team. |
Mizuki's new buff gives her a buffed attack every 2.5s and the ability to buff teammates' EM by 10% of her own Elemental Mastery. With the EM buff, it makes her best team be the Lunar-Charged team with Ineffa or Columbina followed by a Vapemelt team.
Read More About Mizuki's Buff Here!Has Limited Sub-DPS Options
Mizuki's gameplay causes certain Sub-DPS characters like Yelan, Xingqiu and Beidou to be incompatible to her since they require Normal Attacks for their coordinated attack. Since Mizuki deals damage with her Elemental Skill, she can't trigger their coordinated attack.
Potential Viability in a Future Reaction?
With the addition of Stellar-Conduct, it's likely new Cryo-related reactions will be added eventually like how Lunar-Charged was the first Lunar reaction added until Lunar-Bloom and Lunar-Crystallize was added. Since these reactions buff weaker reactions, a new Swirl reaction could be added and Mizuki would be a great Swirl driver for it.

Ineffa will deal the most damage in this team as the main damage dealer while Mizuki and Columbina provide support for her. If you have Key of Khaj-Nisut, Shinobu should be built on HP for the EM buff but if you don't have it, build Shinobu on EM instead for the Lunar-Charged buff based on total EM of the team.

Ineffa | Fischl | - Fischl can be used with a 2nd Hexerei character to provide an Elemental Mastery buff after clearing her Witch's Homework quest and apply Electro. |
Columbina | Aino Furina | - Aino can be used as replacement for Columbina and activate Ascendant Gleam for Ineffa. Her C6 can provide buffs for Lunar-Charged. - Furina can be used as a Hydro Sub-DPS for applying Hydro but her DMG buffs will only apply to Mizuki. Note that Mizuki's own healing isn't sufficient for Furina's teamwide HP drain. |
Kuki Shinobu | Jahoda Ororon | - Jahoda can be used as 2nd healer and activate Anemo Resonance and Ascendant Gleam. - Ororon can be used as Electro Sub-DPS as well since he doesn't require attack triggers only reaction triggers to activate his off-field attack. |
Either Ineffa or Columbina has to be kept in the team to activate Lunar-Charged.

Durin's Burst will be used in the Dark Decay form instead of White Flame for the Vaporize and Melt buff. While the lack of Secret Rite will cause Durin to lose the 75% increase on the 40% buff to his Vaporize and Melt DMG, Furina's damage buff can allow him to deal good damage.

Durin | Mavuika Pyro Traveler Xiangling | - Mavuika can be built as a Pyro Sub-DPS using her Elemental Skill. - Pyro Traveler can do the same as Mavuika but using the Held version of the Skill for a stronger multiplier and won't require getting close to enemies to deal damage. - Xiangling is a powerful Pyro Sub-DPS but requires a lot of Energy and a 2nd Pyro character to funnel Energy to her. |
Escoffier | Kokomi Qiqi | - Any healer who won't interrupt the Vaporize or Melt reaction can be used. - Qiqi will need her Witch's Revelation buff since it allows her Skill's summon to do a coordinated attack. |
Furina | Kokomi | - Kokomi is also the only other alternative to Furina as a Hydro applier who doesn't require Normal Attacks for her off-field attacks. |

Durin is still used on his Burst's Dark Decay form for the Vaporize damage since it's not necessary to buff Shinobu's Electro DMG. Furina and Durin will be dealing most of the damage while Shinobu and Mizuki act as supports.
