Sauro-Vet's Dilemma is a quest newly added in the 5.2 Update for Genshin Impact. It is found in Natlan. You can trigger this quest by going to east side of the Flower-Feather Clan's settlement. Once a cutscene between an unnamed lady and a Qucusaurus happens, the quest has been successfully started!

- Head to the marked location
Control your Tepetlisaur chase Kukuruk on the rock its perched upon- Enter the Molten Fissure nearby and approach Kukuruk again
- Cross the Pyro platforms to reach the next Molten Fissure.
↳ If you accidentally fell down, you can use the Burrow skill to still reach the next Molten Fissure - Enter the Molten Fissure
- Break the stone to interact with Kukuruk
↳ Feeding him with the effective medicine will start a fight with the Qucusaur - Head back to where you met Mazkal
- Talk to Mazkal
