You can unlock & start Lost in the Sands by talking to Bonifaz at Aaru Village. This is the first world quest under the Golden Slumber series.

Lost in the Sands Walkthrough Chart

1	Talk to Bonifaz at Aaru Village
2	Traverse Abdju Road then glide over Abdju Pit
3	Talk to the people at the bottom of the pit
▼4	Explore up ahead through the long corridor
▼5	Remove loose sand piles then activate the switch
6	Defeat the enemy that is going to appear └ Get the Sacred Seal: Sheep Head beside some pots
7	Follow the Seelie and open the door then continue exploring
8	Defeat the enemy that appears inside the room
▼9	Descend using the elevator at the far right corner
▼10	Light up the torches in the room using Pyro to proceed
11	Activate the mechanism then follow the Seelie └ Get the Sacred Seal: Valley beside the chest that appears when the Seelie reaches its altar
12	Go to the destination and a cutscene starts
13	Ascend using the elevator nearby
14	Investigate the strange machine
15	Return to Jebrael and report your findings └ Get the Scarlet Sand Slate, can be used to control various devices within the desert area of Sumeru
16	Talk to Jeht
17	Ascend using the elevator again and open the door

19	Proceed to the room and solve another Mysterious Replicator Keystones puzzle └ Get the Sacred Seal: Giant Serpent beside the chest as soon as you enter the room
20	Defeat the opponents in the next room
21	Follow the direction of the wind to exit

Once the door opens, there is a hidden waypoint nearby that can be unlocked.

Use Anemo To Remove

Use Anemo to remove the loose sand piles. Also, using 2 Anemo characters can activate Anemo resonance that enables you to move faster & consume less stamina which is helpful when exploring.

9. Descend Using The Elevator - Tips

Dendroculus Can Be Found

There is a Dendroculus on the elevator.

10. Light Up The Torches - Tips

Use Electro To Reveal A Hidden Torch

Apply Electro to the floating Tri-Yana seed to reveal a hidden torch then light it up with Pyro.

18. Continue Exploring - Tips

Solve The Mysterious Replicator Keystones

Solve The Mysterious Replicator Keystones by getting the holographic prism then approach the glowing platform. Make sure that the light beam from the cell is hitting the receiver.
