To start this quest, you need to have it listed as a Daily Commission Quest first. The quest starting point is found near the Knights Of Favonius Headquarters where you will find Goth. Talk to him to start the quest.

Give Goth Birch Wood & Fir Wood
Goth will ask for your help to repair the damaged rooms in the Goth Grand Hotel. She will need one each of Birch Wood and Fir Wood.

For this part, it doesn't matter which location you pick since you won't be able to find Mona either way. Choose whichever location is convenient for you.
It is recommended to pick a different location each time you get the commission to unlock the hidden ending.

Hidden Ending
As you might have guessed, Mona will not appear in any of the locations specified. However, once you finished the commission three times and visited all locations, Mona will appear the next time you get the commission and gives you the rent.
