You can find the caged man on the location above. It is in the peak of the island so it is hard to miss.
Key Of The Cage Is On Top Of The Tree
Facing directly at the cage is a tree with a shining top. Climb that tree to get the key that will open the cage.
Old Stone Slate Locations
Location 1: Near Kamisato Estate

The first location for Old Stone Slate is pretty straight forward. Head to the marked location on the map above and you will see a campfire and tent protected by enemies. Defeat those enemies and examine the tent for the Old Stone Slate.
Location 2: Inside The Well Of Konda Village

The next location is in the Well inside Konda Village. After passing the Torii wherein you cleanse in the quest A Strange Story in Konda, head right and you will see another Electro Barrier. Follow that path and you will find a treasury where the tablet will be.
Location 3 & 4: Underground Of Araumi

You need to get inside the underground ruins to be able to get the 3rd and 4th Stone Slate.

| 1 | Light up All Electro Totems Around The Entrance. |
| 2 | Head to the entrance and scan the small fox statues using Memento Lens.  |
| 3 | From the Torii, head left. |
| 4 | Make all the contraptions face the same direction by attacking them. |
| 5 | Head down the hole and Swim until you reach stairs. |
| 6 | Get the 3rd Old Stone Slate at the mountain of dirt.  |
| 7 | Solve the second Electro puzzle and head to the opening that will appear in front of it. |
| 8 | Head inside the circular entrance and follow the path until you found a waypoint and a mini-boss. |
| 9 | Pick up the 4th Stone Slate by the broken vase. |
