Unlock By Defeating The Treasure Hoarders At The Road
To unlock The Dealing Sands you need to go to the south side of Mt. Mingyuan and defeat the Treasure Hoarders who are making a fuss in the middle of the road. After defeating the enemies, the quest will automatically be unlocked.
